Role

This role bridges business needs and technical execution by conducting workflow discovery, scoping and recommending appropriate automation solutions (ranging from manual to AI-driven), and building configurations or documentation that seamlessly hand off to technical teams.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Runs discovery on smaller-scope or well-bounded workstreams directly with the relevant business owner.
• Builds and configures AI-driven automation — AI agent cofiguration, LLM-based workflow steps, low-code orchestration.
• Map out what's actually needed before building anything, documenting what's feasible and what isnt.
• Recommends the right treatment for each initiaitve (automate / AI-assist / manual) ,work closely with the Senior role, reviewing before commitment on anything ambiguous or cross-functional
• Documents both discovery findings and build decisions clearly enough that that Tech could pick it up without a rebuild
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year hands-on with AI or automation building — LLM APIs, AI agent configuration, or similar.
• Preferred but mandatory for candidate with experience with requirements-gathering or process mapping (ie.background in business analysis, product, operations, or consulting all count) comfortable running a stakeholder conversation without a script.
• Great communication skills and able to work directly with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, WABA concepts, and comfort with at least one low-code platform.
