Position Title: Customer Service (Permanent Part-Time)
Location: Glenmarie, Industrial Park (On-site)
Contract: 6 months duration (renewable contract)
Working Hours: 4 hours per day (from 9AM - 1PM or 2PM - 6PM) ONLY
Working Days: 5 days a week from Monday - Friday and 2 days off on the weekend
Intake: Immediately
Salary/Wages: RM20 per hour (every 2 weeks payout)
Incentive: Overtime, Commission pay

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our client team as Permanent Part-Time Contact Centre Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries regarding our products and services. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to gain experience in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing accurate and efficient responses to their inquiries.
• Educating them on product features, services and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Document and update customer records in the system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating customer service software.
• Working Hours: 4 hours per day.
