  • Implement regional and global HR programmes while adapting them to meet local business requirements effectively.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation by acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and contributing to broader People initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Approximately 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience with solid exposure operating in an HR Business Partner or equivalent capacity.
  • Strong generalist HR foundation covering talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organisational development.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders within complex organisations by building trust-based relationships.
  • Experience supporting transformation projects such as organisational change or business integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
