Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Support professional to maintain and support our IT infrastructure, network, servers, systems, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot servers, LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VPN, and firewalls.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, user access, and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical issues.
• Support backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) activities.
• Assist with IT upgrades, migrations, installations, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support and maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system records.
• Provide on-call support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, or system support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server/AD, networking, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and preferably VMware and Veeam.
• Experience supporting 400+ users, preferably in an IT vendor/service provider or large end-user environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: MYR 7,000 – 7,500 per month
