Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand Shinjiru's customer base and develop new business opportunities. The role focuses on B2B sales, client relationships and generating new revenue through our IT and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prospect and approach SME and corporate customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Promote web hosting, VPS, domain, web design, SEO, business email, Microsoft 365 and other digital solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and business discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop relationships with business partners and potential corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with marketing, technical and customer support teams.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in IT, technology or digital services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident dealing with SME and corporate customers.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
