• Review and finalize tax computations, returns, and advisory papers before client
delivery
• Present tax positions, planning options, and audit outcomes directly to clients
• Manage tax audits, appeals, and correspondence with LHDN
• Supervise, train, and develop the tax team
• Identify tax planning opportunities and advisory value-adds for clients
• Ensure the department stays current with changes in tax legislation
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting/Taxation; CTIM or equivalent professional qualification
strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years' relevant tax experience, including supervisory experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian corporate and personal tax, with
audit/appeal handling experience
• Confident presenting to and advising external clients/stakeholders
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
