Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain company hardware including servers and laptops to ensure reliable IT infrastructure.
• Manage and update software and network systems to support seamless organizational operations.
• Develop and implement security measures such as firewalls and data backups to protect company data and systems.
• Provide technical helpdesk support to employees, resolving IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Align IT operations with organizational goals by planning and deploying new technology solutions that improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors to procure IT services, hardware, and software, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Set up and manage user accounts, enforce network security protocols, and maintain data integrity across systems.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Professional certifications or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in IT management, troubleshooting, and network administration.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, server management, database administration, and security software.
• Experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and project management.
• Proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
