Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D/3D BIM drawings and electrical building services layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Draft electrical routing, schematic and system design drawings according to project requirements.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D models, presentations and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure drawings meet project standards and requirements.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
• Assist with drawing updates, revisions and other BIM/drafting tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in BIM, Electrical Engineering, Drafting or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM/CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and MS Office tools.
• Relevant experience in BIM/drafting and electrical building services will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
