Tea Garden Hiring! Full Time FRANCHISE EXECUTIVE in Johor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Franchise Executive to support our franchise operations and ensure smooth coordination with franchisees.

• Monitor franchise outlet operations and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain franchisee relationships and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and prepare performance reports.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve franchise-related matters.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in F&B/Retail or franchise operations is an added advantage.
