Responsibilities
Location: Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Direct access via MRT/LRT)
Working Hours: Rotational Shift Monday- Sunday (2Days off)
Working Shift: 1PM – 10PM | 2PM – 11PM | 3PM – 12AM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound calls for customer inquiries & complaints (Hotlink Prepaid)
- Perform cross-selling & upgrades (Prepaid → Postpaid)
- Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving sales
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
