Job Purpose

To manage daily accounts-receivable activities and support controlling, sales accounting, treasury reporting, and related month-end finance processes.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Maintain the AR invoice registry.
• Process AR invoice receipts.
• Perform AR invoice clearing and payment allocation.
• Process approved AR document reversals.
• Prepare the AR report.
• Follow up on outstanding or unallocated customer transactions.
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation for AR transactions.

Controlling and Sales Accounting

• Perform the CO closing process according to the required closing steps.
• Post sales journal entries.
• Manage the sales workflow release process.
• Process sales-offer adjustments for turnkey projects.
• Prepare segmented sales reports and regional sales reports.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales-related accounting data.

Treasury Support

• Prepare the bank-reconciliation Excel file.
• Prepare the monthly treasury report.
• Process other receipt entries.
• Support reconciliation between bank records and accounting records.
• Follow up on outstanding reconciling items.

Job Requirements:

Accounts-receivable experience.

Basic controlling and sales-accounting knowledge.

Treasury and bank-reconciliation knowledge.

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Ability to work with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
