Systems Limited Hiring! Full Time IBM BPM Consultant in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Ideal candidate for this role will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise workflow applications using IBM Business Process Manager (IBM BPM) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The candidate should possess strong expertise in process automation, workflow development, system integrations, and production support, with proficiency in Java, REST/SOAP services, SQL, and IBM middleware technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business process applications using IBM BPM/BAW.
• Develop BPDs, Coaches, Coach Views, Human Services, Integration Services, Business Objects, and Toolkits.
• Integrate BPM applications with REST/SOAP APIs, IBM MQ/JMS, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Perform application deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Optimize application performance and resolve workflow-related issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare technical documentation and support release activities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with IBM BPM and/or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
• Strong knowledge of Process Designer, Process Center, BPDs, Coaches, Human Services, and Integration Services.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, XML/JSON, and IBM MQ/JMS.
• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
