Position Summary
Are you a versatile, high-energy Engineer looking to break out of a single-industry silo? Anjur Ekar Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and adaptable Project Engineer to spearhead operations across two of our major portfolios: Oil & Gas (Pressurized Habitats).
In this unique role, you will be the operational backbone driving project execution, resource logistics, subcontractor management, and HSE compliance. You will transition smoothly between coordinating offshore/onshore O&G habitat operations and tracking multi-site nationwide Telco rollouts.
1. Project Planning & Execution
O&G Operations: Plan, monitor, and coordinate day-to-day pressurized habitat projects from pre-mobilization to demobilization. Oversee daily operational activities for the Kemaman & Labuan branches.
Identify project risks, constraints, or site delays across both sectors, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
2. Resource, Manpower & Subcontractor Management
O&G Logistics: Manage offshore/onshore technical crews. Prepare rotation schedules, and ensure all personnel possess valid certifications, offshore medicals, and offshore passes.
3. Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
Ensure all O&G operations strictly adhere to approved engineering procedures, drawings, and service quality standards.
Witness and support testing, commissioning, integration, and final project handover activities for both sectors.
4. Equipment, Materials & Procurement
Manage the mobilization, maintenance, and calibration records of specialized O&G assets and tools.
Coordinate material delivery, inventory trackers, and equipment deployment for nationwide Telco sites.
Prepare purchase requisitions for materials, consumables, and spare parts while monitoring project expenditures against budgets.
5. HSE, ISO Compliance & Document Control
Enforce full compliance with company, client, and statutory HSE policies. Participate in risk assessments (JSA, HIRA, Method Statements) and promote a zero-incident safety culture.
Maintain meticulous document control in compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), ensuring project files are audit-ready at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Civil) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience as a Project Engineer. Prior exposure to both the Oil & Gas industry is highly advantageous.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Oil & Gas safety protocols, offshore logistics, and/or pressurized habitats.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent multitasking capabilities, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
Travel: Willingness to travel to various regional Telco sites and branch offices (Kemaman, Labuan, etc.) as required.
What We Offer

Competitive salary and allowances.
A dynamic, collaborative, and career-advancing work environment.
