About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Senior Executive to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess good coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate daily shipment and delivery arrangements with suppliers, transporters, and logistics providers.

2. Monitor shipment schedules and track delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment. Follow up on shipment discrepancies, delays, or operational issues.

3. Prepare and maintain supply chain, shipping, and logistics documentation accurately.

4. Ensure proper filing and updating of operational records and reports.

5. Support inventory and supply chain data management activities.

6. Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

7. Support the Supply Chain team in daily operational planning and coordination.

8. Assist management with ad-hoc assignments and operational tasks when required.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 year of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field is an added advantage.

2. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

3. Good communication and coordination skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
