Mechanical Drafter (Singapore)

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD to support project requirements.
• Produce General Arrangement (GA), installation, and as-built drawings for data center cooling systems.
• Develop customer submission drawings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist engineers in creating CFD models for airflow simulations to optimize cooling performance.
• Update drawings promptly based on engineering changes and site conditions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain drawing revisions and manage document control processes to support project integrity.
• Coordinate with project engineers, sales engineers, and factories to verify drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Support engineering and project teams with additional drafting tasks as needed to facilitate project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Experience with Revit software.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or HVAC systems.
• Experience supporting CFD modelling.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work independently.

Education / Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in HVAC or M&E projects.
