Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer administration across multiple business functions
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines while working closely with hiring managers to understand current and future manpower needs
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee relations matters, workplace enquiries, and general HR support
• Coordinate training programmes, development initiatives, and performance improvement plans across the organisation
• Support managers in goal setting, performance monitoring, and employee development activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure strict confidentiality of all HR documentation and data at all times
• Prepare HR reports covering recruitment performance, employee turnover, and workforce insights for management review
• Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and engagement activities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,200.00 per month
