Responsibilities
We are looking for a
HR Executive
to support ourday-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role covering recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, work pass matters and general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee records, leave, attendance and overtime.
Manage recruitment activities from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers and related foreign worker matters.
Assist with monthly payroll preparation, salary and allowance verification.
Administer employee benefits, insurance and staff welfare matters.
Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR letters, contracts, notices and other documentation.
Liaise with employees, management, government agencies and external vendors.
Support general administrative duties and company activities as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment requirements.
Experience with
Infotech HRMS
or other HR management systems is an advantage.
Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
Candidates with a short or immediate notice period are preferred.
