Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Hub Operations Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the recreational hub, including staff supervision, customer service, safety, cleanliness and overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure smooth hub operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

· Support and oversee daily hub operations to ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

· Supervise front desk, registration, payments and enquiries.

· Greet guests, handle feedback or complaints, and resolve issues quickly.

· Monitoring the condition, cleanliness and proper functioning of hub facilities and equipment.

· Physically fit and able to perform basic manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, moving materials, and handling goods safely.

· Conduct regular checks and promptly report any damage, defects or maintenance issues.

· Assist with organizing and running hubs events and social gatherings.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, Recreation Management or a related field.

· Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

· Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.

· Prior experience in early childhood education, F&B, or recreational facility would be an added advantage.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Working location: Atria Mall, Damansara.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
