Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Experience working with or alongside development teams, particularly in cross-platform environments (Flutter experience is a plus)
• Ability to translate client requirements and user research into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage feedback and iterate designs efficiently
