Responsibilities
Full-Time | Singapore | ASAP | Local Hire Preferred
Working Hours:
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Benefits:

Commission:
3% commission on every item sold
Singapore-based bespoke leather atelier specialising in handcrafted luxury leather goods, watch straps, automotive key covers, and personalised products. As many of the products are bespoke and highly personalised, you will be responsible for understanding customers' needs, recommending suitable materials and customisation options, explaining product details clearly, and confidently closing sales.
Responsibilities
Engage customers and understand their needs
Recommend suitable products, materials, and customisation options
Provide accurate product and pricing information
Drive sales and follow up with enquiries
Maintain strong customer relationships
Record customised orders accurately
Support store operations, displays, events, and launches
Requirements
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred
Good spoken and written English
Strong customer service and sales skills
Confident, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working towards sales targets
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
Interest in cars, watches, luxury goods, fashion, or craftsmanship is a plus
Able to start on short notice preferred
