Fine Concept & Creation is looking for a proactive and Creative Operations Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage designers' schedules, workload and project timelines.
• Coordinate between clients, designers, production and management.
• Follow up on artwork progress, feedback and approvals.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing and design projects.
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Explore new ideas, trends and opportunities to improve our creative work and workflow.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in creative, marketing, advertising, printing or design industry is an advantage.
• Creative thinker with a strong interest in exploring new ideas and experiences.
• Able to work well in a team, accept different opinions and collaborate with others.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Responsible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who can manage operations while also bringing ideas, creativity and initiative to the team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
