Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage incident and service order tickets as well as handle user management tasks such as access control.
- Create system and application documentation, including training materials to support users effectively.
- Assist with test management including creating and executing testcases.
- Collaborate with IT and business users to extract contract data.
- Explore MS Outlook and MS Word plugins for capability with Agiloft and create installation packages.
- Analyze data using tools like MS Excel - Power Query.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, system configuration, and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Excel Power Query (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
- Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.
