• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm

Job Descriptions:

Finance & Accounting

• Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities, including monthly closing and management reporting.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts payable and receivable.

• Review branch financial reports and provide support on financial and ad hoc projects.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretarial providers.

• Handle GST, corporate tax and statutory compliance matters for Singapore and Malaysia.

  HR & Payroll

• Manage monthly payroll and statutory contributions for Singapore and Malaysia employees.

• Handle HR administration, including employee records, leave, attendance and benefits.

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee-related matters.

• Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations.

• Address employee enquiries and support the resolution of HR-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificate or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, HR or a related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.

• Experience managing Singapore and Malaysia entities will be an advantage.

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Navision experience is a plus.
