We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management Application Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Order Management solutions. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to streamline order-to-cash processes across order capture, pricing, promising, fulfilment orchestration, returns, and exception management.

Key responsibilities include:

-->Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

-->Analyse current order-to-cash processes and recommend Oracle Cloud best-practice solutions that improve customer experience, order accuracy, delivery performance, operational visibility, and revenue control.

-->Configure Oracle Order Management capabilities, including order orchestration, fulfilment lines, order statuses, change management, holds, approvals, defaulting rules, validations, and exception handling.

-->Configure and support Order Pricing, pricing strategies, price lists, discount rules, promotions, charges, price adjustments, and pricing approvals.

-->Work with Oracle Global Order Promising to configure promising rules, sourcing rules, allocation rules, ATP/CTP processes, backlog management, and delivery-date commitments.

-->Support fulfilment models including standard sales orders, back-to-back orders, drop shipments, configure-to-order, internal transfers, returns, and service fulfilment.

-->Conduct stakeholder workshops; document business requirements, process maps, fit-gap analysis, functional design specifications, and configuration workbooks.

-->Coordinate integrations between Oracle Order Management and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Financials, Inventory Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Subscription Management, CPQ, ecommerce, EDI platforms, and third-party applications.

-->Partner with technical consultants on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, data migration, reporting, extensions, and interface specifications.

-->Develop test scenarios and scripts; lead system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect triage, and resolution.

-->Support data conversion activities for customers, items, price lists, sales agreements, open sales orders, fulfilment data, and related master data.

-->Provide post-go-live functional support, root-cause analysis, user training, process improvements, and knowledge-transfer sessions

Requirements:

• At least 10-15 years of ERP or enterprise application consulting experience, including substantial hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management implementation;
• Strong functional understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order capture, pricing, order promising, fulfilment, shipping, invoicing, returns, and exception management.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Order Management orchestration processes, fulfilment orchestration, business rules, order holds, approvals, validations, and change management.
• Experience with Oracle Order Pricing, Oracle Global Order Promising, Inventory Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Financials, or CPQ.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with external order sources such as ecommerce, EDI, customer portals, CPQ, and legacy systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud reporting tools.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable Oracle Cloud solution designs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, presentation, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client workshops, project delivery, go-live support, and other business requirements.
