Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail centre and online operations, including staffing, customer service, order fulfilment and after-sales support.
• Develop and monitor sales targets, budgets, operating costs and business performance.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, product demonstrations, deliveries and customer enquiries.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff to provide professional and patient service to seniors and their families.
• Manage suppliers and business partners to ensure product availability and service quality.
• Develop partnerships with senior communities, care providers and corporate customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to convert enquiries and campaigns into sales and repeat customers.
• Ensure proper product documentation, customer data handling and relevant operational compliance.
• Improve internal processes and support the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in team/operations management.
• Experience in healthcare products, wellness, eldercare, medical devices or service-oriented retail is preferred.
• Strong operations, financial and commercial management skills.
• Hands-on and able to lead a team effectively.
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin, as the role requires communication with English/Mandarin-speaking customers, staff and suppliers.
• Patient, responsible and comfortable working with seniors and their families.

Salary: S$3,000/month
Schedule: 6 days per week, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
