Krenovator Hiring! Full Time Senior IT Project Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We’re seeking a senior level IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and AI-focused projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams (BA, developers, QA), and coordinate shared resources across projects. This is a new role created to support company growth, and you’ll report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Governance

• Plan, execute, and close projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Monitor project health (timelines, budget, risks, issues) and take corrective action proactively.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead dedicated project teams and coordinate shared resources across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) for Agile projects.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal leadership.
• Manage expectations, communicate progress, and escalate risks/issues promptly.
• Build strong relationships with government and MNC stakeholders; navigate complex procurement or compliance requirements when needed.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks early.
• Drive fast resolution of issues to minimize impact on delivery.
• Maintain risk registers, issue logs, and contingency plans.

Tools & Reporting:

• Use PM tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, ClickUp — open to your preference).
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for the CEO and clients.

Requirements:

Experience & Background:

• 6–8 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven track record in government, MNC, or IT services environments.
• Experience delivering web, mobile, and AI/ML projects (generalist with strong technical literacy).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong grasp of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
• Technical literacy: understanding of APIs, cloud (AWS/Azure), databases, and DevOps basics is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent PM/Agile certifications.
