We are looking for a creative and proactive Video Content & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating short-form videos, shooting products and properties, editing engaging content, and managing social media content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media
• Produce product, property, lifestyle, promotional, and short-form videos
• Create content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu
• Develop creative concepts, video ideas, hooks, scripts, and content angles
• Attend shoots at the office, client locations, or assigned locations when required
• Edit videos independently, including subtitles, music, transitions, and basic visual effects
• Manage and organize social media content calendars
• Publish and optimize content based on platform requirements and trends
• Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team on campaigns and client projects
• Assist with basic social media account management and content performance tracking

Requirement

• Experience in video shooting, video editing, content creation, or social media
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and other short-form content platforms
• Able to use video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Good understanding of short-form video trends, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Creative, responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage
• Experience in product or property videography is an advantage
• Photography skills are an added advantage

Working Arrangement

This is a hybrid role with flexible working arrangements. You will be required to attend the office or assigned locations when shooting is needed, while video editing and selected content-related tasks may be completed remotely.
