What you’ll be doing?

IT Infrastructure & System Administration: Oversee end-to-end hardware lifecycle management (procurement, setup, and maintenance) while managing and optimizing SaaS, iPaaS, and API environments to ensure maximum operational uptime.

Data Integration & Architecture: Assist to design, document, and troubleshoot cross-platform data integrations (e.g., Boomi, *************) to ensure seamless, error-free data synchronization across the enterprise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Automation: Serve as the technical liaison across departments, translating operational friction and bottlenecks into automated, scalable workflows.

Data Mapping & System Monitoring: Write clean, efficient scripts (SQL, JavaScript, Python) for complex data mappings and construct proactive alert systems to detect and resolve failures before impact.

Project Support: Execute ad-hoc technical projects and operational initiatives to support evolving business priorities.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline. A major in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Science is strongly preferred;

Basic understanding of coding logic (e.g., if/else loops) and APIs; familiarity with JSON;

Proficiency in platform scripting/coding with SQL, JavaScript, and Python is a plus;

Good communications skills;

Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative;

Fresh graduates are welcome.
