Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Corporate Business Development, Proactively identify and secure new corporate opportunities across Hong Kong and Macau, targeting key accounts, financial bodies, statutory organizations, and service enterprises for corporate uniform and custom OEM/ODM solutions.

2. Strategic Brand Partnerships & Joint Collaborations, Drive external collaborations and cross-promotional joint ventures between retail brands and third-party partners (e.g., shopping mall management teams, corporate affiliates & other external institutions) to enhance market exposure and brand awareness.

3. Tender & Project Management, Manage the end-to-end tendering and bidding process, including proposal creation, budget control, contract negotiation, and internal cross-functional alignment to achieve high win rates.

4. Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Operations, Liaise with mainland production hubs, design units, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution, quality control, timely delivery, and long-term client relationship management.

5. Financial & Receivable Control, Oversee contract terms, credit management, and timely payment collection to protect group cash flow and financial efficiency.

6. Market Intelligence & Overseas Expansion, Conduct market analysis in HK & Macau to refine localized marketing strategies; assist in establishing operational foundations for future overseas market penetration.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education, Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

2. Experience, 2+ years of solid experience in B2B corporate sales, key account management, or marketing partnerships. Background in apparel, corporate uniforms, or fashion retail is highly preferred.

3. Key Advantage, Candidates with established corporate networks/resources in HK/Macau (e.g., enterprise procurement contacts, public bodies, or brand partnerships) will be prioritized.

4. Skills & Languages, Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM tools. Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
