NSS IT Solution Hiring! Full Time Project Assistant Manager in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and trackers to monitor progress and dependencies.
• Prepare, maintain, and control project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and weekly project status reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to senior project managers or management.
• Support project governance, change management, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in managing project resources and coordinating multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project management or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management for software or IT projects
• Experience in IT, system implementation, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues
• Familiar with project tools (e.g. Jira, Larksuite, MS Project) is a plus
• PMP, CAPM, ACP, or CSM certifications are advantageous
