Job Description:

• Conduct fact-finding interviews and support student disciplinary investigations.
• Gather statements, review CCTV footage and maintain case evidence.
• Prepare incident summaries and reports for school leaders.
• Conduct patrols and supervise student behavioural hotspots.
• Provide behavioural support and regular check-insfor identified students.
• Facilitate restorative conversations and guide students on behaviour improvement.
• Supervise students serving school-based consequences.
• Liaise with parents on student behaviour and management matters.
• Support the implementation of student management and preventive programmes

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Comfortable working with primary school students.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student management, case management, investigations, conflict resolution, or working with children/youth.
• Experience in law enforcement or multi-agency
