Responsibilities
Job Description
We are looking for friendly, energetic Service Crew members to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the face of our restaurant, delivering great guest experiences while supporting smooth day-to-day service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
Provide attentive, friendly service throughout the dining experience
Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Handle basic POS transactions and payment processing
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order flow
Assist with restocking, simple prep, and closing duties
Handle guest queries and escalate issues to supervisor/manager when needed
Requirements
Prior F&B/service experience preferred but not mandatory (training provided)
Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work 6-day work week, break shift, ~45hrs/week
Basic English required; Japanese/Mandarin a plus (for guest interaction)
Open to local and foreign candidates (Work Permit sponsorship available for eligible source countries, e.g. Malaysia)
