Location : Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang, and Kajang

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Business Development:  To generate new business development opportunities, influence the public perceptions and maintain a positive brand reputation to support the overall growth and success of the firm

2.      Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, including real estate agencies, property developers, financial institutions, and past clients.

3.      Marketing Strategy:  To work together with the lawyers and staff members to develop the vision and execute marketing strategies require to promote the firm’s services and expertise and to secure new business opportunities

4.      Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to closing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our legal consultants.

5.      Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.

6.      Brand Advocacy: optimize the firm’s website for lead generation and user experience.

7.      Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure a smooth handover of clients and to stay updated on service offerings.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven Sales Background – experienced in a target-driven sales environment (Legal, Property, Financial Services is highly advantageous)

• Conveyancing or real estate agency experience is a huge plus

• Existing network of real estate agents or brokers (preferred but not mandatory)

• Personality : outgoing, empathetic and trustworthy

• Drive : motivated by hitting goals and providing excellent service

• Organized : capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously

• Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a strong plus.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings within the Klang Valley.
