About the role

Worldwide Aviation Agencies Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Airline Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As a full-time member of our airline ticketing team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Provide personalised customer service to airline passengers, handling enquiries, bookings and reservations from travel agents.
• Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities to maximise revenue for our airline partners
• Liaise with airline partners to stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotional campaigns and policy changes
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
