We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Associate to support Margaret Market's marketing, branding, promotional, and digital activities. The role will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, social media content, events, tenant promotions, and initiatives designed to increase awareness, engagement, and footfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage and coordinate social media content across relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Assist with content planning, captions, visuals, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, KOLs, influencers, and external marketing partners.
- Develop promotional materials including posters, digital advertisements, signage, and event collateral.
- Support tenant marketing initiatives and coordinate promotional campaigns with tenants.
- Assist in planning and promoting events, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across marketing channels.
- Assist with website and online business listing updates where required.
- Track marketing activities, campaign results, and relevant performance metrics.
- Prepare marketing reports and updates for management.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with Canva and other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $3,500.00 per month
