-Resolve spatial clashes alongside structural, MEP, and BIM experts.

Experience you need / About You:
-Degree in Architecture or related design disciplines required.
-Hiring from PMCs, client teams, main contractors, and Tier-1 subs.
-Strong academic backgrounds can stand in for long years on site.
-Clear verbal communication and precise documentation control skills are imperative.
-Understand statutory codes, building specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Nice to have / Bonus:
-PMP / PMI certification
-Data centres experience
-Prior hyperscale or mission-critical facility delivery.
