Restaurant Server

Two Sons Bistro is looking for friendly and reliable Restaurant Servers to join our Front of House team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks professionally and promptly
• Have a good understanding of the menu and assist guests with recommendations
• Check on guests and respond to requests during service
• Clear and reset tables when required
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House team
• Follow restaurant service standards and SOPs

Requirements

• Friendly, attentive and confident communicating with guests
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage
• Fresh applicants with a willingness to learn are welcome

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Two Sons Bistro, Kuala Lumpur / Selangor

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
