• Check job sheets and TMS daily after job completion to verify all jobs are fully accounted for

• Confirm all PODs (Proof of Delivery) are returned to office - flag missing PODs immediately

• Confirm all Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) checklists are submitted and accounted for

• Verify that customer delivery systems are updated by drivers upon job completion

• Identify and escalate any discrepancies, missing records, or unresolved jobs to the Logistics Planner or Operations Manager without delay

• Zero tolerance for unverified or unaccounted jobs carried over to the next working day
