Job Summary
Provide professional body massage and brand-specific body treatments to clients while maintaining high service standards and supporting business goals in a luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver body massage and brand-specific body treatments to clients according to company standards
Provide attentive and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of service areas, equipment, and supplies
Work effectively in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Required competencies and certifications
Possess professional massage certification recognized by SPF Massage Licensing Department, such as ITEC or CIBTAC
Demonstrate practical experience as a body therapist with skills in various body therapies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience working in a similar role within a luxury spa
Remuneration & Benefits:
Attractive basic salary plus service commission and performance incentives
Guaranteed commission for up to 3 months
Monthly meal and punctuality cash allowances
