The Human Resources Officer supports daily HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, leave management, training coordination, work-pass processing, and employee records. The role ensures HR processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with payroll and overtime calculations.
• Maintain employee leave and attendance records.
• Coordinate training registrations and confirmations.
• Manage employee information in HR systems.
• Assist with work-permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Process HR-related invoices and purchase requests.
• Maintain employee documentation and records.
• Liaise with government agencies when required.
• Provide general HR and administrative support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR administration and payroll processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
