Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Lead and manage retail store planning and fit-out projects from concept development through completion.
Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, and internal project teams on store layouts, technical drawings, and design specifications.
Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
Project Execution
Oversee project implementation including construction, carpentry works, M&E coordination, and finishing works.
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with clients, landlords, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and clients.
Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
Cost & Quality Control
Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper project documentation including drawings, variation orders, and progress reports.
Ensure timely submission of project reports, approvals, and handover documentation.
