Japanese Speaking Lawyer | Remote

For an US based software company, we are looking for a Japanese speaking lawyer to assist the commercial team based in Japan as their current contracter will be leaving them soon.

This is an overflow of work-situation, and you will be working on BAU contracting matters (NDAs, SaaS agreements, marketing, sales, IT contracts, etc.). Both drafting and negotiating.

The workflow will not be significant, so this is a perfect role for a Japanese speaker to take on part-time.

Note that you do not have to be Japanese qualified (bengoshi) per se.
