Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project management, scheduling, coordination, progress claims, payment certifications, and technical matters from project initiation to completion

• Coordinate interior fit-out works, architectural details, finishes, and site activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and sample approvals

• Assist in procurement, material selection, and tracking of interior finishes and fit-out materials

• Coordinate site meetings, design reviews, and client presentations

• Monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications

• Support site teams with logistics planning, scheduling, and operational coordination

• Conduct periodic site inspections and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager

• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project coordination experience preferred

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good coordination and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with authority submission processes and workplace safety requirements

• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders effectively

• Experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or architectural coordination for hospitality, commercial, office, retail, or fast-track fit-out projects preferred

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

• Knowledge of fit-out materials, detailing, and construction processes

• Ability to read and interpret interior and architectural drawings
