Location: 18 Cross Telok Ayer, Singapore

Salary: $3,800 – $4,600/month, depending on experience

Working Days: 6 days per week

Annual Leave: 7 days per year

Job Scope

• Handle Hot Section and Cold Section operations
• Prepare and execute Japanese cuisine according to standards
• Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene and kitchen standards
• Monitor and control food costs, including portioning and wastage
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
• Work closely with the management team on menu and operational improvements
• ⁠Menu and new dishes creation on a regular basis

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Japanese cuisine
• Strong knowledge of both hot and cold kitchen sections
• Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
• Able to lead and manage kitchen staff
• Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher salary
