About Luxior Concept

Luxior Concept is a Singapore-based interior design studio specialising in thoughtfully designed residential spaces. We are looking for a 2D & 3D Drafter / Visualiser to support our Interior Designers in transforming design concepts into accurate technical drawings and high-quality visual presentations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, carpentry details and other construction drawings.
• Produce high-quality and realistic 3D interior renderings based on design concepts, material selections and project requirements.
• Create immersive 360 virtual tours to help clients visualise their proposed spaces.
• Translate sketches, moodboards, references and Interior Designers' concepts into accurate 2D and 3D visuals.
• Make amendments and revisions efficiently based on designer and client feedback.
• Ensure 3D renderings accurately reflect the proposed layout, materials, colours, lighting and overall design intent.
• Ensure technical drawings are properly dimensioned and suitable for site execution.
• Work closely with Interior Designers to meet project timelines and presentation requirements.
• Maintain organised drawing, rendering and project files.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant industry-standard drafting and 3D visualisation software.
• Candidates may use their preferred software and rendering workflow, provided the final work meets professional industry standards.
• Able to produce both 2D technical drawings and high-quality 3D interior renderings.
• Experience creating 360 virtual tours is preferred.
• Good understanding of interior space planning, proportions, materials, lighting and construction details.
• Strong eye for interior design, composition and visual presentation.
• Able to interpret floor plans, site measurements, sketches and design references accurately.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects.
• Experience in the interior design, renovation or architectural industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore residential projects, including HDB, condominium and landed homes, is an advantage.

Probation: Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month probationary period.

What We're Looking For

Beyond software proficiency, we are looking for someone with a strong visual and technical eye who can accurately translate an Interior Designer's vision into drawings and realistic visualisations.

You should be comfortable working across both the technical and creative aspects of a project , from precise 2D drawings to polished 3D renders and immersive 360 presentations.
