Key Responsibilities

· Design and review course structures, syllabi, learning outcomes, assessments, and instructional materials.

· Collaborate with faculty to develop engaging, student-centred learning experiences.

· Provide consultation and training to academic staff on instructional strategies, LMS, and digital learning tools.

· Support curriculum mapping, quality assurance, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Champion the use of LMS, digital authoring tools, multimedia, and emerging educational technologies.

· Conduct research and keep abreast of current trends in instructional design, pedagogy, and educational technology.

· Contribute to academic planning, institutional projects, and other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

· Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design.

· Experience in higher education and digital learning environments is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of instructional design models, curriculum development, and learning theories.

· Proficient in LMS platforms, digital authoring tools, and educational technologies.

· Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Creative, proactive, and passionate about innovation and enhancing student learning.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
