Job Summary

Able to perform and supervise a team of workers. Communicate with the main contractor, management, and on-site team. Understand construction drawings and claim for work done. Order and track materials, ensure the right equipment and machinery are available for specific tasks, and apply knowledge of machinery to select appropriate working tools. Ensuring the equipment is kept in good condition, performing regular maintenance checks, and returning it safely once the project is completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure efficient task completion
• Communicate effectively with the main contractor, management, and on-site team to coordinate project activities
• Interpret construction drawings accurately to support work execution and claims processing
• Manage ordering and tracking of materials to maintain project supply chain continuity
• Ensure availability and proper use of equipment and machinery for specific construction tasks
• Apply technical knowledge of machinery to select and use the correct working tools for each job
