Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage local and overseas suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
• Identify alternative suppliers and implement cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience dealing with overseas suppliers and import processes is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount system.
• Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
