You will work alongside a team to perform the accurate completion of the team's assignments and be responsible for the thorough execution of accounting close and financial reporting processes in a deadline-focused environment.

Responsibilities

·       Check and Prepare quotations, tenders, RFQs

·       Follow up with customers, suppliers

·       Cold calling, assisting in sales campaigns

·       Administrative updates

·       Provide support to sales team

All other related duties assigned

Qualifications:

·       Higher Nitec/Diploma

·       Min 1 year experience or Fresh school leavers are welcome

·       Ability to exhibit strong tasks management and meticulous

·       Adaptable to new responsibilities with great focus and attention to detail

·       Ability to make quality a priority with accuracy and thoroughness

·       Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions to achieve results.
