You have a good product knowledge — from cocktails to wines.
You’re versatile: equally comfortable shaking a refreshing signature cocktail, pouring a smooth glass of wine, or helping to run the floor service with food order taking.
You balance speed and precision with creativity, always delivering consistent quality.
You create connections — engaging guests with your personality, remembering their favorites, and keeping them coming back.
We are looking for dedicated hospitality personalities who see a future in restaurants and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests through service excellence and perfect execution!
Your Role
Prepare cocktails, wines, and beverages with skill and consistency
Engage with guests at the bar and tables, recommending drinks to suit their mood or meal
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Support the FOH team in creating a seamless dining and drinking experience
Contribute ideas for seasonal or signature drinks to keep our menu exciting
Handle COGs
What We’re Looking For
Experience behind the bar (restaurants, hotels, or bars welcome)
Good knowledge of both cocktails and wines
A guest-focused attitude: personable, approachable, and engaging
A vibrant and positive personality that loves connecting with guests
Reliability, efficiency, and pride in presentation
Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant/bar
